I'm addressing this for the Service Suppliers attention since Vodacom Direct don't seem respond to these complaints.
I upgraded my phone in December from a Blackberry package to a Smart light package (with a Sumsung SIII).
Part of the upgrade was receiving 100 monthly sms's so I cancelled the 200 sms bundle I had. Its May now and my services STILL havent migrated and I a paying for ALL my data and ALL my sms's which are supposed to be part of the new upgrade. This is getting old now - I've had various reference numbers and promised to migrate the services... 5 months down the line its time that some heads roll at Vodacom Direct!
