Called to find out when my upgrade is but no one picks up. So I go and visit and start the upgrade to a S4, they sorry but I have to wait until tomorrow because they have to extend my credit limit, they will contact me in the morning so they don't. I go and visit again day 2 as by now they still cant call me for some reason, they extend my limit but now they cant get the code 449 so that I may get my phone wait a couple of hours don't inform me that I'm waiting my time and I can go home. Still no phone calls um mean its not they work for a telecommunication service provider. So its day 3 today still no call go and visit, they cant cause they incorrectly increased my credit limit a hundred rad short of what it should be cant help you know please come back again like in four days. So I rather cancel and go to vodacom since nothings has gone through, cant as it will take a month. They say they will deliver the phone which I'm not certain since they cant phone me so...
