Constant credit limit harassment

I have been a customer with an Edcon account since 2007 and in the last 4 months or so I have received endless harassment regarding confirming my credit limit. Every visit to Edgars, Jet or CNA I have to sign confirming my credit limit. That is annoying but the unacceptable part is once I sign for my limit to remain as it is but when I returned 2 weeks later my credit limit had been increased to more than what I confirmed. I had to call the call center and ask them to decrease it permanently. I have gone to the extent of writing on those credit confirmation slips for them to stop, and I have replied to their sms's. It makes my shopping experience extremely unpleasant but further more you are so greedy as a company you aren't even listening to your customers! You will not exist without us so please put the right systems in place to make sure if you are going to confirm credit increases it stops after ONE confirmation. If this does not stop I will take matters further.
