IMPOSSOBLE TO PORT NUMBERS

23/07/13We are a company who have over 12 contracts with Nashua, after such pathetic service from them we decided to give VODACOM ALL of our business. Now we want to port all our contracts from Nashua to VOdacom when they become due for upgrade - we went through the process of opening a corportate/business account at vodacom and supplied all details of the company, CK docs, Director & owners ID's Company banks statements and so on.

NOW - we were promised that once this was done we simply had to send in a letter requesting the porting of the relevant contract when due. We are currently on our 3rd one and still are being given the run around. The first contract took a MONTH! the second we were told they didn't have the owners ID number correct (and after being supplied the correct ID numerous times it was still wrong) when we received the second handset it took a WEEK to activate the sim card! Now on the third porting we are recieving NO feedback from anyone and everyone is blaming each other! We have 10 more ports to do? WHO CAN ACTUALLY SORT OUT THIS MESS PLEASE!? we are trying to give vodacom our business and have had nothing but a nightmare trying to do it. VODACOM TZANEEN.
