Why did I bothe

It's been 2 and a half weeks since I was in the Cell C store in Canal Walk, wherein I completed a pre-order form two of the Samsung Galaxy S4's (for myself and my wife).
I must have called the store about 10 times since then to find out what the status of the pre-order is and am getting the same response, "no stock; we will call you when we get in stock"
Its mind-boggling that the Western Cape's biggest branch does not have any stock, but be that as it may, I would just like to know by when the phones will be available and if I should even bother as my wife and I are existing Vodacom customers, who wanted to switch and if the Cell C keeps this up they will be losing out on 2 brand new customers.
