Firstly I have been with Cell C for the better part of 4 years and have not had that much to complain about.
But I recently wanted a new cellphone, the Samsung S3. So I go to Cell C and ask if I they have any stock available, they unfortunately don't but will receive soon. I make the decision to wait until such time that they do have stock. It is almost a month later and none of the stores I have been to have stock of the Samsung S3 or the newly advertised Samsung S4. I have been to stores from Canal Walk Century City, N1 City Mall, Goodwood, Sanlam Centre, Parow to Cape Gate Cell C store, all have the same answer, " they do not have stock and cannot tell me when they will receive" I am also informed that there is a waiting list for customers at certain stores and if they do receive stock I still may not get as these individuals will receive first preference. Now whilst I understand there are people who have opted to put their name on a list, I just feel for a cellphone distributor to not have what they say to sell/provide is pathetic. That this has continued for pro-longed period of time is bad enough, but that there is a waiting list... really.?! Very frustrating.
