I signed up for a Cell C contract and I had to do a sim swop to a nano sim card. I requested a sim swop yesterday afternoon. Even now it is not done. When I call the call centre and ask them to put me through the sim swop department they say they only communicate with them through email. They even sent me an sms telling me that I must go to the Cell C shop, but there is no Cell C shop in Secunda. One of the consultant insisted that there is a Cell C shop in Secunda, which is not correct. Its only a beginning of my contract but I am already fed up with Cell C.
