I have upgraded my contract and got a Samsung galaxy S4. In the sales pitch they say I can register my phone with always on and get an additional 1gig per month. When you go and register always on says the the phone grey stock and Samsung does not accept the product to be theirs and so I cannot get the 1gig per month.
When I call always on they say the problem is between Samsung and cell c and that they cannot even give me Samsung contact number. I have been going thru this since the 26may 2013.
Also when I contact the cell c store where I got my upgrade they I cannot return the phone as I have passed my 7days return policy, but I have being trying to register since the 26may 2013.
This message is to warn all people wanted to buy a Samsung s4dont go to cell c as you will get robbed, as always on says it's not only me with this problem.
