Hi,
I am told by numerous operators that my number cannot be ported as it is on contract - this is CellC competence:
Firstly i am a NEW CUSTOMER, i applied to open a CellC contract and have my number ported from MTN.
I was informed i would recieve my phone this week and my number would be ported.
i recieved an sms stating that the porting had failed.
This is because the operator i spoke to wrote down that my number is Prepaid instead of POSTpaid. After I had asked the operator 4 times if she had written down the information correctly.
i have had terrible customer service from cellc, after phoning MTN i found this out because atleast there staff are COMPETENT. NOT a first good impression of CellC.
I have now been informed that i have to wait till next week now to receive my phone because of there incompetents. so much for within 7 days!!
I have asked to speak to the team leader multiple times and have been informed i will be phoned back - i am still waiting, these are the last 2 operators i spoke 2:
nomonde tehmba- she assured me she would phone me back this was yesterday
nontodeko ntshali- this is today, still waiting
PLEASE sort this out, i am tired of phoning!!!
