Bad Customer Service&NO Accountability&NO Interest

My acc was handed over 4 outside collection & my numbers deleted from the system. I explained what happened & asked if I can make arrangements 2 pay the full amount & for my old cell number 2 be reinstated as I was going to go on UNPAID maternity leave, needed my old cell numbers 4 my part time business sales 4 an income while i'm on maternity. If they couldnt reinstate it then i would rather not take on the obligation of the huge amount before going on UNPAID leave. I was told 2 contact Vodacom to request the acc be pulled back from their side, then paid. I contacted Vodacom Legal - all the above was confirmed & that my old numbers would be reinstated. I got the money & paid the account. Once the account was paid, seemed like everything else ceased to matter, had problems reactivating account, was told I cant get my old numbers back as it was sent back to MTN (as it was originally ported from MTN). I asked if i must then go buy a prepaid MTN sim, get the number & port it again & told yes (why couldnt they do it, had 2 run around, am almost due 2 give birth, 2 be told by MTN the number never came back from Vodacom. I really thought when i changed 2 Vodacom it would be good service
