De-registering my Mtn numbers from Foschini Mtn

I took on the 121 service with Foschini stores for my wife, myself and my mother.
I was not advised that the numbers will have to be off their signals while they put them back into prepaid, and that this would take 24 to 48 hrs. I wasalso not advised however that I will have to RICA the numbers again.
When i called 086 066 3663 on 8 Jan 2013 to have the number put on prepaid i was told that it will take 2 to 48 hours. When they called back, they told me that I will have to RICA the numbers again which in the first place were Ricad.

I was not told this at inception of this contract. It's a huge inconvinience and I want compencation for their deciet and my time that they have waisted. Now on the 16 Jan 2013 I am still struggling to get the other number (my wife`s number) to be back on prepaid with Mtn than Foschini. All our number are suspended and shops do not want to Rica then they want us to buy new simcards which we cant use for sim swap since the transfer process is not complete. Foschini must compensate me for such a deceit and huge inconvinience their representatives used deceit to give us the contracts.
