I recently ported my prepaid number from mtn to cell c. i also took a contact with them. all i ask of celll c is for them to transfer the prepaid number which i have already ported onto the contract as i do not need 2 seperate numbers. I am told that this will cost R250. I cannot understand why i would be expected to pay to keep my number. the ads certainly suggest otherwise. the consultant that I have spoken to tells me that the porting of numbers should have been done when I took the contract. how exactly would i have known to trf at that point?
