We have had the most horrible service from Vodacom, we upgraded my cellphone on the 15/09/2012, one month later a pixel went on the screen and the phone also continuesly showed no service, we returned the phone, waited 2 weeks, and got given a new phone (same make and model) and not even a month later again continues no service on the phone. went back again and explained to them that we want a different make and model as there is obviously something wrong with the phone. And once again got given a replacement phone (same make and model) My husband will lose his job due to this as he is a emergency standby person (as we explained to them) same thing happened again "no service" up to 15 times a day... and you guessed right... we collected the replacement phone on the 4th and since yesterday "NO SERVICE" once again. The call centre gave me the worst service and rather tells me... take it back. Now I am paying for a contract but vodaworld has my phone more than me??? Please help as I am at wits end
