NO SERVICE - VODACOM SYSTEM FAIL

I requested a tablet to be blacklisted and confirmed with Vodashop Southdale and the blacklist department that if I got the make and model they would be able to do the blacklisting. I confirmed with a person at Vodashop Southdale the make and the model. I got the blacklist form to complete from Vodacom and faxed this with a certified copy of my id to the blacklist department on the 2014/01/22. I phoned the blacklist department on 2014/02/05 and spoke to a call centre person, they told me that the make was incorrect. I told them that I wouldn't be able to get the model from my friend as she hasn't paid and is not answering her phone. I then was put through to the manager of the call centre, she explained that Vodacom can't pick up which tablet was bought on the contract and without that I can't blacklist the phone. So I told her that Vodacoms system in 2013 has failed because how can they not know which phone the contract was upgraded with this she put me on hold and now it sounds like the phone has just been placed on the desk and people are speaking around it and no one answers. I've been on hold for 33:01 and still holding.
