After receiving my phone on contract 18 months ago i have had nothing but problemsand have used the phone maybe 6 months of the18 due to it constantly being in for repairs, eventually after the 5th trip to vodaworld they finally decided to replave the handset with a new one of the same make and model.
only two weeks after having this new phone, the problems have started once again and i am back to using my spare phone which might as well be my main phone! I am beyond annoyed and would love to know who is going to reimburse me for all the petrol ive used driving up and down to midrand from edenvale, all the time iv had to take off work, the data i have to use everytime the repair centre is done wiping my phone clean and i need to download my apps again, not to mention the R5000 i originally paid in to get the phone on the contract i had.

I have e-mailed vodaworld 24 hours ago regarding the new problem with the phone and of course nobody has bothered to get back to me.
i would like to know what vodacom intends to do to rectify this situation NOW
I think i have been patient enough
