I'm have 5 contracts with Vodacom and due to my age I had to stop working at the age of 65 last year in Desember. I've magnaged to pay these comtracts to a point but due to no income the account is in arrears. The lines are blocked and I requisted that all unesasery services like data bundels, BIS and sms bundels been taken of the contracts as I'm struggling to pay the acccount. Vodacom refuse to assist me because of my account being in arrearse. My account is in arrerse with R3349.07. I don't understand why they can't assist me in this matter as they can see I've got a problem paying the account
