On the 9November i took my Iphone5 in for repairs as the top button was faulty and had to press really hard for it to work.

I signed my phone in for repairs on the day and they told me it would be 21 days until i have my phone back.

On the 19November the manager then phoned me to come to westgate to please remove a app "find my Iphone app" i then went to the store and i knew that this app could not be removed as it is comes standard with the new IOS7 software. The manager craig then grinned at me and asked if i would like to take the phone back home!

As there was nothing done to the phone i removed all passwords from the phone to give them full access to my phone.

I am very disappointed in how a manager handles a situation at the store and then secondly it has been more than a month and a half and still i have not yet received my cell phone!

This is a very big matter in my eyes as i do not have a spare cell phone and cell c's customer service is probably the worst out of any company out there!
