I did my upgrade to a new Iphone5 on 12/01/13 at Vodacom Westgate, but they could not assist me with a simswap to the new nanosim. Told me to come back 13/01/13. So I drove the 35 odd kilometers back to Westgate the next morning, just to be told that AGAIN they could not help me. So I have to come back AGAIN on Monday. I said it was unexceptible, so the consultant gave me a nano sim and told me he would phone me and activate it on the monday morning. Monday is almost gone and still no phone call from them, and I am the proud owner of a Iphone 5 that I can not use. When I phoned to shop again today I was told that he will check the system and phone me back. Still not a word. I do not call this service at all.
