I have a contact with Mtn for 3 yesrs now, 7 months ago i got an upgade of a 9900 blackberry.
I have had to change my phone 4 times now as they were all factory defaults.
I have taken my exchanged phone in 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a response.
the repair centre feels i should still pay R389 a month but get a downgrade as i refuse to get another 9900 blackberry witch i feel is so unfair
the service i have gotten from MTN is disgussing for the big company they are,
i would never recomend MTN and i will be cancelling my contract if there is no response by the end of this week.
