Nathan from Vodacom goes the extra mile

We have our website domain managed through Vodacom and the ownership of the domain expired which meant that none of our potential clients could access the website. I called the call centre and Nathan took the call. He explained everything step by step and was so efficient that he kept in constant contact throughout the day to ensure we managed to sort everything out. His service was way beyond our expectations and I hope that Vodacom appreciates a worker such as Nathan. Nathan really made my day
