Sorry it took so long, but can only write about a company after every 5 days...
To Vikelwa, Vodacom should invest more in people like you.
Here we go, I called the Customer Care number previously to assist me with getting access to the internet, after the useless consultant was to lazy to help me, I went to log a complaint on Hello Peter.
While waiting on Vodacom to get back to me regarding my complaint, I decided to call the Call Centre again, that is when I got trough to Vikelwa.
Firstly she listed to me and then she assisted me, it was not all done on that one call, she promised to keep in touch with me, and she did, by sms, and then she called me to assist me step by step.
Just want to say thank you Vikelwa for your assistance and for you just doing your job, you made my day, I wish you all the best, and hope they make you the person to train the rest of the staff, like Lerato who was so unfriendly and useless
