Charged for data bundles that I did not receive

On Friday the 13th of December 2013 I went to Balfour Park Vodacom shop to buy data bundles. The person assisting me explained that vodacom has a special of R99 for 500 MB or 250MB for R59. I bought 250MB for R59, but when I got home and wanted to use the internet I saw that I have 0MB. I then called the Vodacom call centre and I was told that no data bundles were loaded on my number on the 13th of December. They also told me that unfortunately they can't help me recover my money as I no longer have the receipt. I know that I gave the woman at the vodashop the correct number as I was reading it from my phone and she repeated it back to me. So this was a deliberate and calculated act of by the Vodacom shop employee.
