October last year I upgrade from a blackberry to a Samsung S3galex. Today (31st October) I find out that I have been paying for BIS when I have not had a blackberry. The person who helped me at greenstone Vodacom never cancelled it. I have called vodacom and need to wait for 24 to 48 Hours before I hear if I can get a refund, I also called the vodacom store to tell them what has happened and had to leave a message for the manager... and he has not called me back.
