I am extremely unhappy with the upgrade that I made.
I called over a month ago to finalise my upgrade, to date I have not received my new phone.
I did not receive any communication about the delay, and had to call weekly for an update, and received various reasons (from invoicing problems, to the company outsourced to do the work), that is honestly not my problem.
In addition I explained that I am in the last weeks of my pregnancy and that I will be going on maternity leave soon (this is my last week at work). This is the last thing that I want to be concerned about right now.
I sent an email complaint to the following email address - [Email Removed] on Monday evening, and have still not received any response
