Unprofessional handling of phone delivery

I recently placed an order for the new Samsung Galaxy S4 and I was told that it would arrive last week on Thursday or Friday. Well I am still waiting for it! I think it is really unprofessional to make a promise that the phone would arrive on a specific date only to make a new deal. I would have instead preferred some honesty regarding the delivery date of the phone. Also, one would think that a shop would anticipate large sale volumes of a new phone and thus increase their stock. Why advertise a deal if there is no stock?

I sincerely hope the phone gets delivered asap!
