Violation of consumer rights - SAMSUNG GALAXY DEAL

My FNB account was per the regulation during the specified time, and happened to be the right type of account for the very non-specific advertisement for the SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 deal for R299 per month with benefits as I was a new customer. I phoned in and was reassured by a broker that my name had been put down and I was indeed eligible for the phone, I asked what more I could do, he said nothing, they would let me know as soon as they had stock and that there was no need to come into a branch until the stock arrives. I waited for a month and 2 weeks, which is a completely un acceptable and unprofessional time to wait. Throughout this period I mad several phone calls to multiple branches enquiring about stock, anxious to seal the deal, and was told that I will be contacted immediately when stock arrives. Trusting FNB turned out to be a MASSIVE mistake, as yesterday I furiously phoned in to be told that they've had stock for a week and not only have they neglected to contact me, but they have completely changed the deal. I spoke to 3 different people and each one of them told me a different story as to why. But one this is sure. This is a violation of my consumer rights. Shame FNB!
