I upgraded my contract with mtn beginning of this from (ORP) CHG MTN 200@319 75MB to (199GD) R199 CHG (150MB FOR 24MTHS) (3PP) 24MTH MTN Anytime 200.
My contract has not been migrated yet, i am still being charged on my old bundle, here are 2 reference numbers in case by some luck MTN actually Care.(99321074, 99834013).
1) phone was not migrated
2) bill since start of year is wrong
3) paying for detailed billing, i only get statement
4) to make matters worse my brand new nokia 920 which i got from mtn switched off and does not switch on again, took it back to centurion branch who have sent it in to be looked at.
pathetic service and faulty devices
this is absolutely shocking i, i do not hold my breath in regards to MTN responding to this as customer service not there strong point.
due to the fact that the contract has not been held up on MTN side, i am within my rights in regards to customer protection act to cancel this contract giving 20 days notice (and mtn will not charge me as there has been no service given to me), if this issue is not resolved by close of business 15 May 2013, i will then have to cancel my contract
