On the 28 Jan13; i contacted the Ballito store to enquire about my billing; the monthly subscr was high. I was informed that my contract was upgraded on the 22 Nov 12; and migrated from an Anytime 500 contract to a Talk 1500! Hence; the increasingly high monthly subscr. On the 22 Nov 12; i was dealing with a lady-Lorraine Naidoo; from Scottsvill PMB that helped me take out a 1gig mod contract @R99 pm. This was it and we communicated via email. All documents were signed and scanned to her etc. So; everything to do with this contract happened in writing and via email. On the very same day; apparently this upgraded my contract and also migrated me to a Talk 1500-without any consent or paperwork from me! She also conveniently issued a Nokia phone and a gift card for R4800 (which i never received). I tried contacting this store immediately. She refused to take the call. Never called me back and the other staff there were not interested. I logged a call with with the ; after many calls to them this is now being reversed. I am not satisfied. I want a response in writing as to how this illegal act occured! Autopage cannot assume that they will get away with this so easily!
