My main complaint is that 8 weeks ago we returned a faulty brand new phone. After hearing every excuse in the book, we still have not received a working phone.
The other issue is that every invoice has been incorrect, and I have been overcharged every month since I joined Autopage in December/January. If they say the phone will cost R229 pm, they invoice at R500, and do not pass credits for the full amounts that they overcharge for.
Even the sales people know my voice.
I would appreciate if someone would get my account sorted out, and supply a working phone to replace the faulty one sent back.
