My bf was contacted by a rep from Trudon to place an ad in the Yellow Pages. He signed the forms but told the rep the Telkom account was in my name so not to put it through as he would need my go ahead first and asked him to email me the forms to sign. I refused to sign them so ignored the email. My bf was then contacted again enquiring about my signature but he told them I had refused it and they must cancel everything. To my absolute horror the ad was placed and I was billed on my Telkom acc. My bf has been in touch with Maria Viljoen from Trudon, he has phoned Telkom (ref 512CNK020213). The telephone recording of him canceling it has been found. I have emailed Telkom but never got a reply. How could I be charged for something I never signed for? I refused to pay for the ad and now my line has been cut off. Absolute disgrace!
