When I received my Telkom bill for the month I saw it was unusually high, I went through the bill and saw a directory listing taking amounting to R834, which I found very strange as I am not even at home during working hours for them to phone for an advertisement and I wouldn't have taken the advert anyway. So I phone Telkom and they said they don't deal with it I must contact Trudon so I did and they told me to email [Email Removed] I did so last week already without any response so I phoned on Monday again and the lady said a consultant will phone me that day still, I'm still waiting.
Why would I take this if I work for a company and not for myself?
I am very disappointed that they haven't contacted me at all and I'm very upset they just billed me without my knowledge.
I'm even more upset that Telkom allowed this as my account is with them and not Trudon and I never signed anything to give Turon permission to bill me.
