On the 11th February 2013 I phoned MOYA on 086 093 5569 and enquired WHY I have been charged for TRUDON yellow pages and WHY Trudon Yellow pages want to charge me again R490.00 plus VAT PER MONTH for another year for services and I want a refund when I said NO to 13 times in 2012.
They got a lady called RESHMA to phone me last year 2012 and she cunningly and without my consent has been charging me EVERY month for over a year for items I DID NOT WANT. I phoned on the 11th February 2013 and spoke to MOYA and after listening to myself saying NO 13 times and asking him to sort this out with a full refund (and interest if he doesn't do it in 5 days) I see that I AM STILL BEING CHARGED every month on my Telkom bill!! They are very deceiving and 'hope' you don't notice, charge for things you said NO to. I phoned him today and he said & he ADMITTED he 'did nothing about it". Trudon please listen to our recording on the 11th February 2013 at around 10:55a.m until 11:46 when he said "he would help (me) and try & sort this out". REFERENCE number is 3335986. #1. What I want is ALL of 2012 (12 out of 12) charges with INTEREST and #2. R359.00 VAT per month for 2013
