Caused me to be Blacklisted

I RECENTLY TOLD ONE OF TELKOM'S CALL CENTER AGENTS THAT THEY SHOULD PLEASE GIVE ME TIME TO SORT OUT MY ACCOUNT WITH TRUDON, YELLOW PAGES BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT ON MY TELKOM ACCOUNT, BECAUSE I WAS WRONGFULLY BILLED BY TRUDON, AND TRUDON ADS MY BILL ON MY TELKOM ACCOUNT! I SPOKE TO A BLACK GUY AND HE AGREED! TODAY I FOUND THAT TELKOM HAS BLACKLISTED MY WIFE (THE TELKOM ACCOUNT IS IN HER NAME)

DEAR TELKOM, SOMEONE WILL PAY FOR THIS!!! THIS I PROMISE!!! I DEMAND TELKOM TO FIX THIS BY TAKING YOLANDE VAN DER WESTHUIZEN OF THE BLACKLIST!!! OR ELSE WILL IT THE FAN AT A SPEED UNDESCRIBABLE!!!

BESIDES THAT, MY WIFE IS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER BUT I MANAGE ALL THE BUSINESS ACCOUNTS.
MY WIFE AND I HAVE EXPLAINED TO TELKOM THAT I SHOULD HAVE FULL AUTHORITY TO THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT BECAUSE I AM A PARTNER IN THE BUSINESS AND SHE IS CURRENTLY ON MATERNITY LEAVE. WE HAVE EVEN SENT TELKOM A LETTER AS THEY REQUESTED BUT I SUPPOSED SOMEONE USED THAT FAX DOCUMENT FOR TOILET PAPER.

I SUGGEST THAT ONE SHOULD SEEK ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER THAN TELKOM OR TRUDON!
