I was contacted a few days ago by telkom regarding a listing in the telkom directory for my business, I also asked about payment when it will be due and the supplier mentioned that it will be due for next year only, I was under the impression that the listing will only occur next year. I received my bill with 3 Contracts for my business one for yellow pages one for white pages and one for web, I contacted them they said sorry $%# you you will pay basically, I was told that the web listing can be cancelled by sending them an email??? why should I send them an email? I was on the phone with the stupid that cant even communicate. It was also said to me that I was contacted a year ago about this listing. How must I remember a conversation that happened a year ago. This is costing me more that my actual phone bill? Help please I am lost for words.
