I upgraded to a data package with Altech Autopage October 2012.Since day one I had 2 kinds of billing problems. My package includes 2G of data which I pay for as part of my monthly subscription. However every month my data usage is not set off against 2G data that I'm paying for. My data usage never exceeds 2G a month. I have called Altech Autopage through their call centre every month regading the issue and fair enough an amount was credited back to me in Jan 2013. However the problem still persists. Attempts to have them fix the situation have proven futile. Every time I call I get a request number and they promise to get somebody to attend to the request. I sometimes get an sms that the matter has been resolved yet my invoices do not reflect this. Am not sure if the Call centre is unwilling or unable to assist me. My second issue is, I have a standing debit order arrangement for my account for the 15th of every month yet around the 5th of every month I get harassed for outstanding amounts and then sometimes the debit order will go off before the 15th without my consent.
