Cant believe I'm still fighting with Cell C. I took out a new contract on 17 Jan, 18 Jan and brought the phone back and asked them to cancel my contract as I have absolutely no signal at home. It took them 3 weeks to do so with a lot of fighting, begging and pleading on my side. Then comes the bill. Now I have a serious issue. You prorated me from 17 Jan till end Jan and then billed me for full Feb when the contract was cancelled eventually on the 4 Feb. I phoned and asked please sort this out before the debit order goes off. Nothing has happened. I have phoned and phoned and all i get back is someone will phone you and the matter has been escalated. In the mean time I have paid for a month and a half for a cell phone that haven got and a network that doesn't work. But nobody and help me. Can someone please just do there job and credit me with the correct amount.
