I have been trying to cancel my contract with Cell C for the past four months. All the information provided to me when opening my contract has not been followed.
I have no reception at my residence and after waiting 3 months for a cell C agent to come and see the problem I was told my reception is actually perfect!!!? This is after the agent and myself talking on the phone (her outside my complex and myself at work and the phone constantly cutting out and us not being able to talk). They told me before I took out the contract my area has good reception and now they say it is perfect - why then am I complaining that I HAVE NO RECEPTION
I was also told prior to signing that if there is a problem I can return the phone now I am told I have to buy it even though I have not used it? I have been paying every month and using my old phone as I want to return and cancel contract
DO NOT OPEN A CONTRACT WITH CELL C - You WILL regret it and there seems to be NO way to cancel it
I am paying for a service I am not receiving!!!
