Cannot use the service!!!

Hi

I regularly use the the 2 1 gig promo. After loading R140 could not see a few numbers on the last voucher. I tried yesterday and was blocked after three incorrect attempts. Called support who said they will try. Exact words "Not sure but sometimes if I try it works, sometimes it does not" Of course it did not work, they cant remove the block and apparently I could be waiting up to 72 hours for this to clear!!!?

So I have R140 on my sim, R10 away from the data bundle and have to wait 72 hours before can use my internet???
