Complete lack of customer service on iPhone repai

On the 16th December 2012, I purchased an iPhone 5 from [URL Removed] order number: 5587442.

On the 1st October 2013, the iPhone stopped working and I took it to an iStore to investigate. They later confirmed that it was a hardware problem and that I needed to send the phone back to [URL Removed] as there was still 83 days left on the warranty.

I called [URL Removed] on 3rd October and was assured by my namesake that [URL Removed] would collect the phone from me, and depending on evaluation, they would either replace it, repair it or refund me.

That was 20 days ago. So, three weeks later, I have had no contact from [URL Removed]

I paid for a product with a warranty, the product needs to be repaired under that warranty, so why won't [URL Removed] stick to their promises? The warrant deadline is now moving closer.

Collect the broken iPhone before the warranty runs out and repair/replace/refund it/me.
