I recently got my cellphone upgrade through Nashua Mobile. I have been a customer of theirs since 1995 and must admit that overall the service from them has been pretty dismal. My last upgrade resulted in multiple calls to senior management and comments on hellopeter.
Imagine my surprise when my current upgrade was handled in a professional, friendly and efficient manner by the Norwood store manager - David. It was a pleasant change from previous experiences in the same store.
I had been in few times before and on every occasion the service I received from David was superb. The mobile industry is packed with sales people who really don't understand their product at all. David breaks these rules. He is knowledgeable patient and friendly. Gives me renewed confidence in Nashua Mobile.
