Went to Northgate branch on 30 March 2013 to fill in all the forms for cancelling my contract which expired on 14th March.By 1st May when my contract was still active I called northgate branch & they informed me to call customer care to be transferred to cancellations. Why does Cell C not have a direct number for cancellations??? I have been trying to get my contract cancelled for 8 days now! After hours on the phone I finally got through to cancellations after a few daysof trying and the lady informed me that it would be cancelled immediately after the call. Oh and ofcourse the branch manager couldnt manage to send through my cancellation form either!! Surprise surprise, another 24 hours later and the contract is STILL active!!! I want to cancel my contract due to incompetency at the branches. This whole process has exactly proved my point that its a good idea not to give my business to Cell C. If this is not resolved I will go to the Ombudsman. What more am I supposed to do to get this contract cancelled???!!!
