Ad service delivery due to poor customer service

I got a contract phone from 8ta on the 22nd of april when I picked my phone up I requested that my prepaid number be transferred to my contract as I wanted to keep my existing cell phone number. To this day it has not been done from the emails have read the buck is just being passed from one person to the next and nobody seems to know what to do!! The only person who has bothered to keep me informed is the guy who opened the contract for me his name is Germaine he has been emailing me and trying his best to get some results I am appauled with the service I received from telkom the store manager Heather Webster never once bothered to even give me a courtecy call with follow ups the only way I knew she was involved is because we were both ccd in the emails from Germaine. Please could some one assist me as I am tired of moving around with two phones!!
