I will keep on posting till I get a call. I have posted complaint after complaint! No phone call, no e-mail. The team leader told me he will contact me back within 10 minutes after I again called the call centre. 3 Hours later no surprise. Can the person who relies on these complaints PLEASE call me and refrain from handing it down to someone. My complaints vary; there are 3 problems I am struggling with. Please take the time and pick up a phone. I am so tired of Cell C. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN RSA BY MILES! You advertise, clients and then you CANT HANDLE customer concerns. I have been a Cell C client for more than 8 years now! Your service used to be great... Now it is pathetic. Please take some of the millions being made, spend less on advertising, and keep your current clients happy. You might think you are gaining allot of clients, but I promise you are going to lose more LOYAL clients than gained. CAN SOMEONE COMPETENT AND WORTHY OF ASSISTING CLIENTS PLEASE CONTACT ME AND SORT THIS OUT!
