Good day

I must extend my up most gratitude towards the gentlemen named Germaine who assisted me earlier on this morning, i applied for a 8ta contract (10gig pm x 24 months R199) the consultant that assisted me initially was very unhelpful and told me once my documents are processed there after i would receive a response as to whether it was declined or not which left me as a client confused. i felt that she could have explained the situation a bit better rather then rushing me off

As i was about to walk out confused and upset when my sister had suggested that we speak to someone else that wasn't so disinterested, that is when we had approached Germaine, his service was excellent as he had explained exactly how the system works and offered me a better option. He also went the extra mile by processing my documents immediately and as a result my contract was approved.

I would just like to say thank u Germaine, your service was greatly appreciated! This is coming from one customer service consultant to another .. :)
