No 3G coverage for over a week now

Hi, MTN please pelase fix your tower in the Bloubosrand, Randburg, JHB area... my internet keeps dropiing out and webpages simply time-out... this is so so annoying., .. dont you monitor your towers?? internet use to be good now it is very very slow and times out... today I mostly connected via Edge which is so slow and only had limited 3G coverage and on 3G it is still very very vero slow and times out ob web pages.. I am using a booster antenna and even this does not help... internet is bad bad.. my MTN 3 G number 0833055597. my contact number 0844053112.
