I Have had my Vodacom account handed over to the lawyers of Vodacom MBD. They have being nothing but useless.
I have sent numerous mails to numerous people requesting clarification of my account. Up to date I have paid MBD R4000 but according to their systems I only paid R1500, I have sent all the proof of payments. I have mailed managers and team leaders and accounts and they can not seem to find competent staff. I will be reporting this to Vodacom and then taking legal action. I refuse to pay another cent to a bunch of incompetent ~
