I did a sim swap on thursday last week. Not because I lost my phone or anything but because my sim card just stopped working a few weeks ago. I'm still waiting for it to come through. I can't even use my phone. What type of a sham are you running? This isn't even the first time this has happened to me. And just like last time I have to make an online complaint in order to get service.
