LINES OPENED AND BILLED ON MY ACCOUNT

I was offered an upgrade from the neo connect prime package which i had with neotel to their new package that allowed me to be able to use the phone and internet at the same time as my previous package did not allow for this. So i agreed to the upgrade. when Sky-net neotels couriers delivered my new devices 1 week later i found i had 5 devices which i never ordered. i contacted neotel call center and they advised i return the devices to their nearest center to me which was cedar square 4 ways and that the lines would be terminated.
I continued paying my account as normal till i started getting abnormal account charges then i decided to query this. my account which is normally between 1-2000 rand was sitting at 4, 000 rand i asked for detailed statements which i never got. when they finally came i had an amount of 17, 000 rand on the account with telephone numbers that weren't mine i have been trying to resolve this matter but nothing gets done instead i am now receiving attorneys letters from mac Roberts attorneys regarding this account with numbers that are not mine and the amount has gone up to 18, 000. when will they resolve this. its affecting my business
