Good day,

Formal complaint about Neotel.

I suspended my Neotel service 8 April 2013, reason for this is that I lost my handset. I still wanted to use the data package, but since I suspended it, the consultant said she has to suspend the data as well. She told me that I will only pay a service fee of R289, that month on the 15th, they took out R399 which is the full amount. I complained about this and they said they will refund the monies owing to me back in my account. When the 15th of May came, they deducted R1089 from my account, complained and they said they will refund me. I spoke to Siboniso from retentions she informed me that I have to return all devices and they will refund me. this was done on the 4 July 2013, still no refunds.

Finally Neotel is not taking money from my account, the issue is that they take out money from my account for a service I am not using anymore, I take this as.

In total Neotel owes me R1488, WILL I EVER GET MY MONEY BACK???

PS: Thinking I would support the new telco company, but I was wrong, should wasted my time and money with them.
