I recieved an sms from my Bank saying that R100.89 was debited from my account. This is the same amount that Vodacom credited me with after I have cancelled my contract with them for delivering the wrong phone and now the same amount has been debited from my account. When I call them they tell me that they need bank statements to show if I'm correct. This is an inconvinience because I need my money in my account ASAP.
